How is payment handled?
Orders are processed securely through PayPal, which accepts
all major credit cards. PayPal has been around since 1998 and is an online
payments system that supports online money transfers. It serves as an
electronic alternative to traditional paper methods like cheques and money
orders.
How is shipping handled?
I ship worldwide but I am not responsible for customs/duties
charges. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact
your local customs office. Before placing your order, please make sure that
your shipping address is correct. Buyers will be responsible for all extra
shipping charges in case of listing an incorrect address.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Print shipments are sent USPS First Class Mail. Original art
is shipped USPS Priority Mail. Orders are processed from 1-5 days after purchase
and delivery time varies depending on your local post office. Shipping
confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when your order was
placed.
Lost Packages
Due to the nature of artworks please order at your own risk
for all international orders. If your local post office is prone to losing
items, please contact us to arrange a different courier.
We are not responsible for the packages lost due to USPS, as
it will be our loss as well, but we might be able to replace your print on a
case-by-case basis, provided that the buyer pays another shipping charge.
Returns & Damages
Due to the nature of artworks, returns, refunds and/or
exchanges will only be made on a case-by-case basis. If you have received
damaged prints, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at: [email protected]
Custom Work
All Custom work will require a 50% deposit of your total
painting(s) cost up front, and the remainder balance will be due upon
completion. Custom work (if approved,
will take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for completion, unless otherwise stated). To
place a custom order please email [email protected] for pricing and leave
a short description of what you would like to have done. During the process of making
the painting we will send you pictures of the process through social media,
text, email or some other way for your approval. We generally begin the process
with a few sketches. After your approval we move on to the painting. Once your
painting has been completed and payment made in full, please allow an additional
7-10 days for your paint to be processed, safely wrapped and securely shipped. Unpaid
invoices will be cancelled out within 24 hours.
